Hailing from the mean streets of Lisvane, Cardiff, Roberta can down a gin and tonic while discussing the quality of silage with the best of them. Following an idyllic childhood reciting poetry in groups, mining, drinking in hedges, Roberta followed the well worn path from the ‘Diff to London, to Tokyo and inevitably to Hong Kong. She is a full-time mother of three children, long-term expat, part-time civil servant and full-on Welsh. She is delighted to be a member of the committee.

Steph grew up down the road from dylan thomas'S birthplace and came of age in the bars of wind street.  she claims her rendition of total eclipse of the heart is second to none and is proud to be able to count to ten in welsh.  after graduating from university In london, steph moved to hong kong where she has been living for the past Twelve years.  She is currently the CEO of an international online Teacher training company.

HAVING PREVIOUSLY BEEN A PRODUCT OF THE FAMOUS “HONG KONG FLY-HALF FACTORY”, BEN NOW SPENDS HIS SPARE TIME SHAMELESSLY PROMOTING HIS FAMILY’S AWARD-WINNING – AND QUITE FRANKLY DELICIOUS - ORGANIC MILK, DAIONI…..
